Creative Visual Director Role

\

As a key leader in our design team, you will be responsible for driving the visual tone and communication strategy for our clients. You will oversee campaign execution and content plans to ensure seamless delivery. You will collaborate with brand strategy, creative copy, and brand associate teams to develop innovative and engaging content that elevates brand awareness and consideration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret creative briefs, understand client objectives, and design requirements from concept to execution.\
  • Apply strategic thinking to solve complex design challenges.\
  • Lead the design vision across digital, social, and design mediums to develop and produce high-quality creative content that engages target audiences.\
  • Develop concept mood boards for client reviews, photoshoots, campaign ideas, and scripts.\
  • Design impactful creative expressions – digital, print, motion, and design.\
  • The creative deliverables include brand identity design, digital communication design, website design, packaging design, and campaign communication design.\
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.\
  • Maintain compliance with established brand guidelines and design standards and stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.\

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in visual communications.\
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.\
    • Portfolio showcasing breadth of style and design capability to deliver designs for brands.\
    • Passion for pop culture and advertising/marketing.\

      • Up to 2 years’ of digital design and advertising experience.\
