Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished Identity and Access Data Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day operations of our Identity & Access Management – Data Services function are run smoothly.

The primary focus of this position is to aggregate native User data to Onecert, adhering to established processes and procedures. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining accurate User data refreshes on Onecert, enabling effective IAM controls such as Leaver/Mover, User Access Review, etc.
  • Extracting, sourcing, converting, and uploading User lists to Onecert in a timely manner.
  • Conducting regular adherence to established processes to ensure all reports are generated, following defined escalation procedures to source User lists.
  • Fulfilling requests from business stakeholders to source User lists and SAM documents efficiently.
  • Implementing Onecert catalogue changes based on Security Access Matrix request updates.
  • Establishing/participating in active collaborations with external teams for User list sourcing.
  • Highlighting/mitigating risks pertaining to IAM processes and maintaining high standards of ethics.
  • Supporting IAM leaders to enhance and maintain IAM processes effectively.

  • Effectively identifying, escalating, mitigating, and resolving risk, conduct, and compliance matters.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Certifications in Excel VBA and Macros.
