Responsibilities
- Design and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract top candidates in logistics and supply chain.
- Utilize various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networks, to source high-quality candidates.
- Conduct thorough screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure candidates meet our business needs.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide market insights.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in the logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding industry.
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding roles and their responsibilities.
- Exceptional sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with ATS systems and ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
