Skills: Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills.

Tech-Savvy: Experience with ATSCommunication: Strong ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred.
