Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our consulting and operations functions. As a senior consultant, you will manage teams, consult clients, and ensure operational excellence.

Your primary responsibility will be to act as the lead consultant across various service lines, including GST, IGST, Exports, Subsidy Management, MCA Compliance, and Corporate Consulting.

You will provide expert advisory services to clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and maximum benefits.

Additionally, you will oversee daily operations, guiding interns and executives to achieve deadlines and maintain quality.

  • Manage client interactions, audits, and consulting deliverables with complete ownership.
  • Mentor team members, set performance standards, and ensure operational discipline and professionalism.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple service lines in exports, consulting, and compliance.

Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in a Consulting firm, Chartered Accountant office, or Export/Compliance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, IGST refunds, exports, MCA filings, subsidy schemes, audit processes, and international trade consulting.
  • Proven track record of consulting delivery and client management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or International Business (MBA/CA Inter preferred).
