Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished professional to fill the role of Senior Strategy Consultant. This position demands a deep understanding of Investment Banking and Asset Reconstruction principles, enabling effective collaboration with senior stakeholders to develop strategic initiatives, monitor deal pipelines, and oversee transaction execution.

Main Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to drive business growth strategies.
  • Apply knowledge of Investment Banking and capital markets to assess opportunities, risks, and deal structures.
  • Participate in regular business meetings to review progress and developments.
  • Provide timely reports on ongoing transactions, restructuring processes, and deal pipelines.
  • Offer expert advice on structuring, negotiations, and execution strategies for acquisitions, distressed asset deals, and capital market transactions.
  • Support informed decision-making on investment opportunities, exits, and capital raising activities.
  • Maintain effective coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders, including banks, investors, and regulatory bodies.

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • 5–10 years of experience in Investment Banking, Asset Reconstruction, Private Equity, or Corporate Finance.
  • A proven track record in transaction execution, deal structuring, and financial advisory.
  • A strong professional network across financial institutions, investors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Prior experience working with senior stakeholders in a strategic capacity.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
