Software Development Leader

Our organization is seeking a skilled and experienced software development leader to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale software applications. They must have a strong understanding of modern software development principles and practices, including agile methodologies, continuous integration and delivery, and cloud computing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop scalable and efficient software solutions using a variety of programming languages and frameworks.
  • Lead cross-functional teams of developers, quality assurance engineers, and technical writers to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Design and implement software architectures that meet business requirements and are optimized for performance.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers to improve their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on leadership and architecture.
  • Expert proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, as well as modern front-end frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Strong understanding of back-end languages and frameworks, including Node.js with Express.js.
  • Experience with NoSQL and SQL databases, including database design, indexing, and query optimization.
  • Proven track record of designing and developing RESTful APIs and GraphQL schemas.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex issues across the entire stack.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative mindset.
