The ideal candidate will possess deep subject expertise and academic rigor, with a minimum 7+ years of teaching or leadership experience.

 

Required skills include instructional design, content review, communication, and organizational skills, with familiarity with ed-tech platforms and digital tools a plus.

 

 

Responsibilities

  1. Curriculum Development: Design academic structures and progression aligned with international standards.
  2. Learning Materials: Develop high-quality video lectures, assessments, animations, study material, and question banks.
  3. Quality Assurance: Maintain conceptual clarity, accuracy, and pedagogical coherence across all content.
  4. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and lead a team of SME's, content developers, and educators, conducting regular reviews and ensuring team alignment with academic goals.

Requirements

  • B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/M.E./M.Sc./Ph.D from a reputable institution.
  • At least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role within an education technology company.
  • Candidates with an English-medium background at Class X, Class XII, Degree levels will be preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with educational technologies and digital tools.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in CBSE 10th board curriculum.
