About the Opportunity

This is a managerial and support role responsible for managing large numbers of subject experts, developing quality questions banks and working closely with other team members to meet project requirements.

Years of Experience :: 10 to 15

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Developing high-quality questions banks for assessments
  • Question Bank Management: Structuring and designing question banks; setting quality standards for writing and review in respective domains
  • Tracking inventory and maintaining optimum levels of item availability in assigned non-STEM domains/subjects
  • SME Management: Defining selection criteria and strategy
  • Monitoring SME performance quality
  • Training and developing SME pools in different domains/subjects
  • Coordinating with SMEs for test development activities
  • Designing tests in subjects of expertise and coordinating with SMEs to finalize test designs in other domains/subjects
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to fulfill requirements for test items and question sets
  • Supporting senior team members in delivering projects and meeting organizational requirements
  • Post Exam Analysis, Reporting to Senior Management

Qualifications

  • Subject Competency in School Subjects till 12th Level as per NCERT Syllabus
  • Understanding of Education Systems of the Country and NCERT/CBSE/Boards
  • Experience of working in Education Sector related to Assessment & Evaluation - Test Designs/Blueprints, Question Development
  • Excellent command over English both written and spoken
  • Good command over spoken Hindi
