Job Description:
As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for handling non-IT requirements for domestic clients. Your primary duties will include full recruiting life cycle management, which includes sourcing, screening & validation, profile sharing & follow-up, engagement, offer negotiation, hiring/onboarding/successful placement for the assigned requirement. You will source profiles from job portals, make job postings on job portals or LinkedIn, and must have good experience in sourcing profiles based on job specifications and skillsets as per clients' requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali. You should be highly organized and detail-oriented, able to adapt quickly to new technologies and business environments. A strong understanding of recruitment, talent acquisition, HR, and Human Resource principles is essential. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have working knowledge of MS Office.
