Public Health BIM Modeler Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing detailed building information models (BIM) for public health projects, ensuring adherence to project specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date BIM models for public health facilities
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to integrate various components into a cohesive model
  • Ensure effective model coordination and clash detection to identify and resolve potential conflicts before construction begins
  • Maintain compliance with relevant standards, guidelines, and protocols, including public health facility regulations
  • Oversee BIM workflows and processes, manage project deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of BIM deliverables
  • Conduct regular quality checks on models to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience in engineering, with a degree or diploma in a related field
  • Expertise in using Revit and Navisworks software
  • Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and design knowledge
  • Experience in working on Middle East projects is highly preferred
  • Service knowledge about drainage, water supply, storm water, and fire protection services is essential

A strong background in BIM technology and excellent communication skills are required for this role. Knowledge of design software, such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks, is an added advantage.
