About the Role

Job Description: As a Data Engineering Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing data and analytics service delivery for our clients. This includes ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met consistently.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Continuously improve the operating model, including ticket workflows, escalation paths, and monitoring practices.
  • Coordinate triaging and resolution of incidents and service requests raised by client stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with client and internal cluster teams to manage operational roadmaps, recurring issues, and enhancement backlogs.
  • Lead a >40 member team of Data Engineers and Consultants across offices, ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience: 7+ years in managing data and analytics service delivery, preferably within a managed services or consulting environment.

Key Qualifications: Strong leadership skills, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, ability to work under pressure.
