Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET). The successful candidate will play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions that support business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain software solutions that meet business requirements
  • Own entire Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) for regular releases and key projects
  • Ensure production stability by laying out guardrails and ensuring processes are adhered to
  • Measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and demonstrate continuous improvement in efficiency and productivity of the team
  • Oversee junior team members and consultants
  • Collaborate closely with Technology and business stakeholders
  • Utilize Automation and Gen AI effectively demonstrating ROI
  • Manage risks proactively
  • Provide regular executive updates
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years relevant experience
  • Hands-on automation expertise in API and Data test automation Java, Python, SQL
  • Preferably in LINUX, ICEDQ, Jmeter
  • Deep domain expertise in capital markets
  • Thorough testing concepts, test planning, test strategy building, building frameworks, STLC
  • Team player, Mentoring, grooming junior team members and consultant ensuring team keeps performing better
  • Transforming team by means of improving culture, strengthening processes, coverage, right use of automation and innovation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Sense of ownership, accountability and flexibility with focus on problem solving
