Job Title: Senior Software Test Engineer

As a senior software test engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software applications. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute automated tests using various tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automated test scripts using programming languages such as VB, JavaScript, Java, and .Net
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive automation framework that supports multiple testing approaches, including data-driven, keyword-driven, and hybrid
  • Evaluate and recommend open-source automation tools to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate testing into the overall development lifecycle
  • Analyze and resolve test defects and issues in a timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our testing practices remain best-in-class
  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge sharing initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Expertise in programming languages such as VB, JavaScript, Java, and .Net
  • Familiarity with automated testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, and Postman
  • Experience with version control systems like Git
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
