Job Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager to oversee the collection accounting and tender reconciliation of entities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely collection accounting and reconciliation with bank receipts.

Tender Reconciliation Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will oversee routine retail collection accounting team activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions. They will achieve 100% reconciliation of collection tenders with bank receipts, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Bank Reconciliation Duties:

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for daily bank reconciliation of group entities, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues.

Employee Claims and Recoveries:

The successful candidate will manage routine employee claim settlements, ensuring that all claims are processed efficiently and effectively.

Support to Store Sales Team:

The Accounting Manager will work closely with the store sales team to support customer receipt confirmation and related activities, providing excellent customer service at all times.

Tracking Receivables:

The ideal candidate will track receivables from Payment Aggregators, following up on any delays or issues to ensure prompt payment.

Accounting System and Process Ownership:

The Accounting Manager will be the process owner for designing the Store Collection Accounting process, responsible for designing and implementing new processes/modules in operating platforms, migrating manual processes to systems, and enhancing system processes for better service delivery.
