Job Title: Fashion Stylist & Visual Auditor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fashion Stylist & Visual Auditor to join our team. This role requires a passion for fashion, excellent style sense, and an eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Style articles (apparel) for all imagery and video shoots
  • Create new ideas/moods for shoots depending upon season and style
  • Develop styling sheets
  • Coordinate and guide the Photography team, styling team, and Image editing team
  • Ensure high-quality images are obtained
  • Sort, edit, and provide images to the marketing team and ensure timely publication
  • Manage and track styles, their images, and invoices
  • Undertake projects/research regarding online cataloging and future trends

Visual Auditor Responsibilities:

  • Acquire relevant information about brands regarding mood, lighting, and background
  • Check image quality in terms of styling, photography, and editing
  • Get images edited (retouch) by the in-house graphic designer (Photoshop preferred)
  • Create trend stories and provide suitable creatives to different portals
  • Oversee all visuals going from brand (Banner, creative, website visuals, etc.)
  • Verify if the correct set of images is being displayed on portals

Branding Responsibilities:

  • Develop brand names
  • Prepare brand story
  • Design logo
  • Determine brand color
  • Select the right mood and market for the brand
  • Formulate social media/PR/market placement strategy

Functional Competencies:

  • Able to identify details and offer suggestions for improvement at styling, photography, and image editing
  • Excellent management, communication, and presentation skills
  • Well-versed in photography, styling, and photo editing techniques
  • Updated with international and Indian fashion trends
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop (preferred)
  • Organized
