We're redefining the commercial real estate landscape at our company, where businesses unlock smarter, design-led workspaces that grow with them.

As a Technical Designer with 4 to 5 years of experience, you'll join our in-house design team and be responsible for preparing detailed technical drawings and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) using Autocad.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop accurate MEP layout drawings using Autodesk Revit (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and low-voltage systems).
  • Collaborate with architectural and structural teams for clash detection and coordination.
  • Prepare BOQs for MEP services aligned with design and execution requirements.
  • Support tendering processes with technical documentation.
  • Revise and update models and drawings based on feedback and site conditions.

You will also conduct regular coordination meetings with vendors and consultants to ensure design intent is maintained during execution, perform quantity take-offs, and support procurement processes by providing detailed schedules.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields.
  • 4–5 years of relevant hands-on experience with Revit MEP in commercial/office space projects.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks for BIM coordination.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical distribution, and plumbing systems.

This role requires excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
