We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Associate Area Head.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting area franchisees in achieving their new business targets, conducting meetings and presentations, and promoting school business growth.
- Supporting area franchisees to achieve their sales targets
- Conducting parent meetings, franchisee meetings, orientation programs, and PPT presentations
- Supporting franchisees in retaining program children by giving presentations and explaining benefits to parents
- Supporting the State Head in obtaining new franchisee leads and sign-ups
- Developing and implementing strategies for new business growth in schools and local areas
- Managing 20-25 Local Correspondent Links (LCLs) and monitoring their performance
- Supporting and managing 40-50 schools for school business growth
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with franchisees, parents, and other stakeholders. They will also possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, applicants should have:
- Experience in channel management, specifically in franchisee acquisition or dealing with distributors
- Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with franchisees, parents, and other stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
