Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Business Intelligence Designer to elevate our dashboards and reports.

This role focuses on crafting visually compelling, user-friendly, and intuitive BI experiences that engage and delight users. You will design and enhance dashboards to create visually appealing, user-centric BI experiences with a strong emphasis on aesthetics, usability, and storytelling.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and Enhance Dashboards: Create visually appealing, user-centric BI experiences by applying best practices in UI/UX design.
  • Apply UI/UX Best Practices: Ensure dashboards are intuitive, easy to navigate, and visually appealing by applying best practices in UI/UX design.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into elegant visualization solutions.
  • Customize Visuals and Interactions: Customize visuals, themes, layouts, and interactions in Power BI to create impactful user experiences.
  • Optimize Dashboard Performance: Optimize dashboard performance while maintaining high design quality.
  • Stay Updated with Trends: Stay updated with the latest visualization trends and Power BI features to continuously improve design standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: 3+ years of proven experience designing UI/UX for Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Strong Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing visually compelling and user-centric BI dashboards.
  • Proficiency in Power BI Customization: Proficiency in Power BI customization, including themes, bookmarks, and advanced visuals.
  • Solid Understanding of Data Visualization: Solid understanding of data visualization best practices and design principles.
  • Experience in Data Storytelling: Experience in data storytelling—turning complex datasets into clear and engaging narratives.
