Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced software engineer to join our team as a backend developer. As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications using Java and the Spring Boot framework.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, relational databases, and microservices architecture. They should also be proficient in developing and consuming RESTful APIs, as well as version control systems, CI/CD tools, and Agile methodologies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks.
  • Design and implement efficient RESTful APIs, ensuring seamless integration with frontend components and third-party systems.
  • Write clean, modular, testable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
  • Optimize application performance, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Create and manage database schemas, write optimized SQL queries, and work with ORM frameworks like Hibernate/JPA.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and QA teams in building CI/CD pipelines, deployment, and production support.
  • Participate in code reviews, document technical designs, and mentor junior developers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven hands-on experience as a Java Developer, with a focus on Spring Boot.
  • Strong object-oriented programming skills and understanding of design patterns.
  • Experience with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
  • Proficiency in developing and consuming RESTful APIs, as well as understanding of microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong debugging, testing (JUnit, Mockito, TestNG), and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective collaboration, communication, and continuous learning mindset.
Desirable Skills:
  • Skills in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis).
  • Understanding of frontend integration (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Splunk, Kibana) and secure development practices.
  • Prior experience with large-scale or distributed systems.
