• Scientific Project Leadership

At Aragen Bioscience, we are seeking a skilled Scientific Project Leader to oversee the efficient delivery of compounds through scientific guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide scientific guidance to team members and troubleshoot for efficient delivery of projects.
  • Identify, evaluate, and design synthetic routes and reaction parameters.
  • Guide the team on process optimization and development, resulting in cost-effective solutions and execution.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines.
  • Guide the team on the usage of advanced analytical techniques.
  • Maintain weekly and final project reports.
  • Examine and sign lab notebooks and data cards of the team.

• Building Client Relationships

Built client relationships by delivering a superior client experience.

  • Understand client requirements and regularly communicate with the client to manage expectations.
  • Provide periodic project updates on productivity and quality to the client.
  • Take appropriate action on client feedback.

• Ensuring Safety at Work

Ensure safety at work through the enforcement of good laboratory practices.

  • Ensure compliance and train the team members for safety protocols.
  • Identify and mitigate potential safety risks.
  • Guide and train the team on the usage of equipment, apparatus, and instruments as per SOPs and general housekeeping norms.

• Maintaining Records and Data Integrity

Maintain records, data integrity, and IP confidentiality.

  • Train the team on LNB documentation, data, and IP confidentiality as per norms.
  • Ensure the accuracy of LNB records updated by the team and audit based on client requirements.
  • Implement data confidentiality through adequate controls.

• Ensuring High Morale and Skill Development

Ensure high morale and skill development of self and team.

  • Train and develop team members through knowledge-sharing sessions and nominate for training programs.
  • Regularly review the performance of the team.
  • Assess the readiness of employees for project allocation.
  • Recognize best performers through various reward and recognition programs.

Required Educational Qualification & Relevant Experience: Ph.D. / PDF (Organic/Medicinal Chemistry) with 3–6 years of relevant experience. Candidates with their research publications in leading journals would be preferred.
