Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales team lead to join our dynamic sales team in Jaipur.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of telecalling sales executives to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Handle escalated customer queries with calmness and patience.
  • Monitor performance, provide training and feedback to team members.
  • Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
Requirements:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in telecalling or inside sales with a minimum of 1 year of team handling exposure.
  • Fluent English language skills (spoken and written).
  • Calm, patient, and strong people-management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
