">Artificial Intelligence Developer Position">

We're seeking a skilled Artificial Intelligence Developer to join our team, where we're focused on advancing AI capabilities from interesting demos to indispensable products. You will design and develop reliable, self-improving systems that empower subject matter experts to automate their most complex, high-value work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop AI-Driven Solutions: Create products that harness the capabilities of Large Language Models (LLMs) and other recent developments in foundation models.
  • Optimize Search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation: Build and optimize data indexing, ranking, and query processing systems for high-performance Search and RAG.
  • Evaluate System Performance: Develop robust frameworks to assess the performance of our agents, RAG systems, and various LLMs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming language and data-oriented algorithms.
  • Background in either AI agents, data systems or machine learning engineering.
  • Experience with modern Python microservices, including FastAPI, Ray.IO for distributed AI workloads, and Kubernetes orchestration.
  • Familiarity with AI Agent Stack technologies, such as LlamaIndex, LangGraph, SmolAgent, Instructor, Anthropic, OpenAI, Qdrant, ParadeDB, and Sentence-Transformers.
  • Demonstrated experience in building agents, training and evaluating emerging LLMs, building RAG systems, or working with vector databases.
