Director's Office Coordinator

As an Executive Assistant to the Director, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Director and other members of the leadership team. Your duties will include:
- Managing and optimizing the Director's calendar.
- Coordinating high-level meetings, appointments, and corporate events.
- Drafting, reviewing, and managing emails, reports, presentations, and business documents.
- Overseeing project tracking and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
