Automation Pega Specialist

This role is ideal for an experienced automation professional with expertise in PEGA, CCM, and Agile delivery. As an Automation Pega Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing test cases, maintaining test documentation, and working closely with development teams to identify root causes of defects.

  • Develop and execute relevant test cases mapping back to pre-determined criteria, including technical, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test completion reports.
  • Develop automated tests using C# and maintain automation code on GIT.
  • Conduct integration testing, end-to-end regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and run independently at times.
  • Work closely with the development team to identify root causes of defects and provide detailed information about reported defects.
  • Identify, document, and manage defects through to resolution.
  • Collaborate with campaign managers and stakeholders to ensure timely release and management of campaigns from an accuracy and quality perspective.

Requirements:

  1. 5+ years of experience in marketing or campaign testing, preferably with exposure to PEGA, CCM.
  2. Hands-on experience with POSTMAN for API testing and ability to write test scripts.
  3. Demonstrated attention to detail and trustworthiness; meticulous towards detail and thoroughness in tasks, reliable, responsible, dependable, honest, and ethical to ensure quality and accuracy in work.
