Strategic Placement Leader

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Placement Leader to lead our career services function and drive campus recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate relationships into quantifiable business outcomes and build strong, multi-faceted connections with leading organizations.
  • Develop and execute strategies to engage industry leaders and secure distinguished guest speakers, live projects, and mentorship programs.
  • Guide all aspects of the career services function, guiding students through their career development journey and managing the end-to-end placement process.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for corporate partners and cultivate a vibrant ecosystem of corporate partners that aligns with our mission.

Candidate Profile:

  • A professional with significant experience in corporate relations, business development, talent acquisition, or career services, preferably within the higher education sector.
  • Possesses a strong, existing network of senior-level contacts across various industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate industry trends into actionable initiatives.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.

Education: Any Postgraduate/MBA or related degree is preferred.

Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years' experience in Business development, sales, or relevant role is required. Experience in customer acquiring and relationship management will also be considered.
