Implementation Management Role

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Operations Manager to lead our team of professionals overseeing Aeka implementation projects across multiple regions. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of implementations, including planning, resource allocation, execution, and post-launch support.

  • Lead a team of 20+ members in overseeing Aeka implementation projects.
  • Manage the entire implementation process, from planning to post-launch support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, to ensure operational alignment, product feature development, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire implementation process, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of experience in operations management, with at least 3 years in leading software implementations.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale implementation projects.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex relationships.
