Key to our success lies in the ability to innovate and stay ahead of the curve. We are currently seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an AI/ML Program Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience in driving governance, planning, and delivery excellence across global IT programs. As an AI/ML Program Manager, you will be responsible for standardizing processes, owning reporting, aligning stakeholders across regions, and helping mature our portfolio discipline.

The ideal candidate will have a strong command of SDLC, Agile/Scrum & Waterfall/Hybrid; stage-gate governance. They will also possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills. Additionally, they should have experience handling global IT/professional services programs and be certified in PMP.

Key Responsibilities
  • PMO Governance: Establish and maintain PMO standards (charters, stage gates, RACI, RAID, dependency maps, change control, benefits tracking).
  • Planning & Delivery: Develop integrated master schedules, critical path analyses, and resource plans across time zones; lead weekly cadence (standups, risk/steerco, burndown/earned value).
  • Financials: Build/track budgets and forecasts; manage CAPEX/OPEX, accruals, and vendor SOWs; perform variance analysis and corrective plans.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Create portfolio dashboards (status, schedule, cost, risk, benefits) using Power BI/Tableau; maintain single source of truth.
  • Stakeholder Mgmt: Collaborate with engineering, data/ML, security, and finance; prepare steerco packs; manage decisions, actions, and escalations.
  • Quality & Compliance: Enforce SDLC/Agile controls, documentation, audit readiness (SOC 2/ISO 27001 evidence), and change-management baselines.
Must-have Qualifications
  • 5+ years: Experience in PMO/program management for global IT within IT services or professional services firms.
  • PMP certification: Active certification.
  • Proven delivery: Proven delivery of multi-region programs (follow-the-sun operating rhythm).
  • Strong command: Strong command of SDLC, Agile/Scrum & Waterfall/Hybrid; stage-gate governance.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Jira/Confluence or Azure DevOps, MS Project/Smartsheet, Power BI/Tableau, M365/Google Workspace.
  • Financial acumen: Excellent financial acumen (budgeting, forecasting, EAC, earned value), vendor/SOW governance.
  • Excellent communication: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting.
