Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Engineering Manager to lead our team in designing and deploying cutting-edge AI/ML solutions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve technical excellence by mentoring, coaching, and developing the skills of your team members.
  • Develop and implement AI/ML strategies that drive business growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy AI/ML models and systems.
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects while managing competing priorities.
  • Foster a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement within the team.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong track record of designing and deploying successful AI/ML models and systems.
  • 1+ year of experience in people/team management with a proven ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, with experience using popular libraries and frameworks such as PyTorch, OpenCV, and AWS.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment is a must.
