Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated professionals who can handle the pace required to be at the forefront of AI security.

  • Create sophisticated and subtle prompts to attempt to bypass filters and guardrails on Large Language Models (LLMs), targeting specific vulnerabilities defined by clients.
  • Collaborate closely with language specialists, team leads, and QA leads to produce high-quality work.
  • Support data scientists in conducting automated model attacks.
Responsibilities
  • Complete extensive training on AI/ML, LLMs, Red Teaming, and jailbreaking, as well as project guidelines and requirements.
  • Adapt to dynamic project needs and client expectations, navigating shifting guidelines and requirements.
  • Keep up with evolving LLM capabilities and vulnerabilities, contributing to team method improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in English or AI/ML, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Excellent writing skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics – knowledge of proper English rules and when to deviate for effective AI response testing.
