**Job Opportunity:** Experience UX/UI Designer Wanted

We are seeking a talented and experienced UX/UI Designer to join our organization on a contract basis.

This role involves creating seamless user experiences and developing maintainable design systems.

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive user experiences.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
  • Develop and maintain scalable design systems to ensure visual consistency across products.
  • Conduct regular design reviews and apply usability best practices at every stage.
  • Work independently in a remote environment, managing time effectively and delivering on deadlines.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer.
  • Proven expertise in Figma (Auto Layout, components, prototyping, design systems).
  • Strong experience in design systems and component libraries.
  • Solid understanding of UX principles, user flows, and responsive design.
  • A portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work (concept to final UI).

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience with usability testing and user research.
  • Familiarity with handoff tools and developer collaboration.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
