Drive Business Growth through User-Centric Design

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate UX/UI Designer to join our team. As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting products (Mobile Apps & Web Apps) with some of the most innovative founders worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with prospects to understand their business objectives.
  • Conduct research and create user personas, user journeys, and information architecture to establish a solid foundation for exceptional product experiences.
  • Present research findings to clients.
  • Develop low and high-fidelity wireframes during the pre-sales and post-sales phases to help clients comprehend user journeys.
  • Guide the development team regarding user journeys.
  • Design high-quality user interfaces and obtain client approval.
  • Ensure the development team has all necessary design assets in a timely manner.
  • Ensure smooth design handoffs to the development team with no gaps.
  • Closely review development builds and provide feedback to ensure UX/UI recommendations are implemented.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Confidence, organization, humility, patience, soft-spoken nature, quick learning ability, and drive to excel.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design for Mobile App Development projects.
  • Understanding of Human Interface Guidelines.
  • Basic knowledge of app development processes.
  • Ability to generate innovative concepts and help clients innovate.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Design thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of Scrum methodology is advantageous.
