Risk Management Leader

As a seasoned Risk Management expert, you will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive risk management strategies across credit, operational, and regulatory domains. Your expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks will be essential in driving business objectives while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and customer impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and refine risk management frameworks to align with evolving business goals, regulatory demands, and market conditions.
  • Develop and implement proactive risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies across credit, operational, and compliance risks through policies and frameworks.
Risk Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Monitor emerging credit risks and provide actionable recommendations for proactive measures.
  • Ensure effective portfolio monitoring, stress testing, and expected credit loss forecasting to manage potential default risks.
Data Analytics and Risk Control:
  • Leverage data analytics, AI, and machine learning tools to enhance data-driven insights for risk control and inform strategic decisions.
Culture and Education:
  • Foster a risk-aware culture by delivering training and risk management education programs for employees and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree in finance, economics, risk management, or related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in risk management, preferably in financial services or banking sectors, with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of credit and financial risk, operational risk, and familiarity with regulatory requirements.
