Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Architect to join our team. As an Application Architect, you will play a key role in designing and developing applications that meet the needs of our business.

Your daily activities will include collaborating with stakeholders to gather insights, analyzing user requirements, and translating them into clear functional specifications. You will actively participate in discussions to ensure alignment between design, business objectives, and technical feasibility.

You will be responsible for leading the development of application architecture, including defining system components, interfaces, and data models. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that applications are developed in accordance with industry best practices and standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Subject Matter Expertise: You should have expertise in application design methodologies and best practices.
  • Technical Skills: You should have proficiency in Kronos and experience with software development life cycle and project management principles.
  • Analytical Skills: You should have strong analytical skills for assessing business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
  • Collaboration: You should be able to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
