Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Translating client briefs into compelling creative concepts and strategies
  • Leveraging your expertise to ideate across formats, including social, digital, film, static, and experiential
  • Leading projects through every stage, from concept development to execution and delivery
  • Mentoring and guiding a team of creatives to ensure seamless project execution and maximum impact
  • Pitching and presenting ideas to clients with confidence and clarity
  • Collaborating with producers, designers, writers, and editors to bring ideas to life

  • Excellent multitasking and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong deck-building, storytelling, and client-pitching skills
