
Human Resource Development Assistant

This is a remote internship role for a Human Resources Intern.
The intern will assist in various HR functions including HR management, developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The intern will also support the HR team in day-to-day administrative tasks and projects.
The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and administrative capabilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and an ability to work independently and remotely.
They should also have interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources and be currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in HR management
- Develop and implement HR policies
- Manage employee benefits
- Support HR team in day-to-day tasks
Requirements:
- Human Resources (HR) knowledge and HR Management skills
- Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
- Personnel Management skills
- Strong organizational and administrative capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely

Duration: 6 Months
Note: It is an unpaid internship. No stipend will be given during the tenure.
