We are seeking a talented Workday Technical Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, enjoy working in well-knit teams, and value diversity at work and within the greater community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, test, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Studio, Core Connectors, Payroll Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
  • Configure and manage calculated fields, XSLT/XML transformations, and integration strategies.
  • Perform data conversions, migrations, and interface development between Workday and external systems.
  • Write and review technical design documents, integration specifications, and code reviews.
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent teams to understand business requirements and deliver Workday solutions.
  • Provide technical support for Workday modules, including troubleshooting integration issues.
  • Build and support APIs and middleware integrations with third-party HR systems.

The successful candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:
  • 3-8 years of experience in Workday implementation and integration.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and fundamentals.
  • Project experience in at least two HR functional areas: HR Core, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Compensation, Time & Absence.
