Role Overview

This position involves delivering exceptional care to patients in a high-stakes ICU environment.

We seek highly skilled Staff Nurses with ICU and NICU experience to provide precision IV infusion setups, pain-free patient experiences, and premium care delivery.

Key responsibilities include administering advanced IV protocols, supporting patient recovery, and maintaining world-class standards of safety and service.

No night shifts are required; occasional travel to other locations for training or clinical support may be necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up IV lines with flawless technique, ensuring one-prick, pain-free insertions every time.
  • Administer IV infusions, regenerative injectables, and supportive therapies according to established protocols.
  • Monitor patient vitals during treatments and intervene promptly if concerns arise.
  • Deliver a calm, reassuring, and premium experience for all patients.
Clinical & Patient Care
  • Manage patients with critical parameters confidently when required.
  • Provide post-procedure monitoring and remain prepared for emergencies with ICU-level readiness.
  • Operate patient monitoring systems and escalate concerns promptly to physicians.
Documentation & Compliance
  • Maintain accurate patient charts, infusion logs, and medication records in electronic medical record systems.
  • Follow strict infection control, patient safety, and compliant nursing protocols.
Team Collaboration
  • Coordinate with physicians, clinical specialists, and front desk teams for seamless patient flow.
  • Participate in skill-building workshops, mock drills, and continuous clinical training.
