Architectural Designer Position

This is a full-time on-site Architectural Designer role where the candidate will be responsible for designing and coordinating the construction of buildings and structures.

Responsibilities:
  • Designing and coordinating the construction process.

Additional responsibilities include ensuring all projects are completed to the highest standards, collaborating with project managers and clients to achieve successful outcomes, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • 0 to 2+ years of experience in architectural design and construction.
  • Recent graduates can apply.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, project managers, and the team.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and styles.
  • Experience with sustainability and green building practices is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
