Role:

As a Deputy Manager Finance, you will lead the unit finance team to deliver desired financial goals with optimal resource utilization and operational efficiency. Your responsibility will be to identify revenue streams, manage costs, and achieve the desired EBITDA of the unit. You will also be responsible for initiating and implementing finance strategies, providing financial reports and budgets, and ensuring timely submission of analyzed reports.

What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a qualified CA/CMA/MBA in Finance with a minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Finance & Accounts from the hospital industry. You should have excellent knowledge of financial management principles and competency in identifying and managing key financial parameters of cluster units. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
