Key roles and responsibilities include contributing to the development of automated tests, designing and implementing testing frameworks, and ensuring UI consistency across multiple platforms.

We are seeking an experienced automation engineer with a strong background in professional software development life cycles, automated testing practices, and quality assurance methodologies.

Responsibilities will include automating UI / screen testing, integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure best-in-class testability of UI features.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and maintaining comprehensive test plans throughout the development life cycle, as well as communicating and reporting test execution results to stakeholders.

  • Design and develop automated testing frameworks using industry-standard tools and technologies
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automated testing into development workflows
  • Identify, isolate, document, and troubleshoot defects in automated testing
  • Communicate and report test execution results to stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and best practices in automated testing and quality assurance
  • Develop and mentor junior team members on automated testing techniques and methodologies

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in automated testing & quality assurance
  • Expertise in professional testing practices within the software development life cycle
  • Experience in UI testing – layout, content, responsive UI, form factors
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in Typescript/Javascript & SQL
  • Proven skills and a working history in design and implementation of automated tests & frameworks
  • Experience in working with common software testing frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Ranorex)
  • Familiarity with AI-based tools like Co-pilot for Test generation is a plus
  • Fluency in English is mandatory, other languages are a plus
