Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Hospitality Public Relations Associate to lead the development and execution of strategic PR campaigns for our hospitality clients.

This role requires a highly motivated professional with expertise in crafting compelling narratives that resonate with media, influencers, and target audiences. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end PR strategies tailored to hospitality clients, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on schedule.
  • Build and maintain targeted media lists specific to travel, lifestyle, F&B, and hospitality publications, managing media invites, follow-ups with journalists, bloggers, food critics, and influencers.
  • Assist with hospitality-centric events including hotel launches, food festivals, staycations, tasting menus, and experiential press previews, managing logistics, checklists, media kits, and post-event media coverage.
  • Compile detailed monthly reports including coverage summaries, cost-benefit analysis, and campaign performance metrics, monitoring hospitality trends and client mentions in media.
  • Conduct relevant secondary research for new hospitality ventures, tourism trends, concept pitches, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Maintain timely and professional client interactions, sharing MoMs within 24 hours, sending weekly status updates, and proactively flagging media opportunities.
  • Track key hospitality awards, editorial calendars, and influencer collaborations to align with client objectives.
  • Curate and assemble visually appealing media kits, property dossiers, and F&B brochures for events and client meetings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Hospitality Management, or related fields.

2-3 years of experience in PR, ideally with clients in hospitality, travel, or lifestyle sectors.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.

Familiarity with hospitality media, influencers, and digital travel trends.

Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work collaboratively in a team.

Proficiency in social media platforms, online press release distribution, and content tools.

Passion for hospitality, storytelling, and brand positioning in a competitive space.

Experience in the luxury space is a plus.
