This role is responsible for managing financial operations, including invoicing, customer inquiries, and bank reconciliations. We are seeking a highly organized and analytical professional to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing of customers by collaborating with the sales support and sales teams.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding accounts and billing queries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Monitor and manage customer deposits and deferred revenue to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Reconcile trade debtors, trade creditors, and perform debt collection on a monthly basis to maintain accurate financial records.
- Reconcile bank statements in Xero for all bank accounts and credit cards to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with month-end closing journal entries and prepare year-end financial statements to provide stakeholders with timely and accurate financial information.
- Verify contractor invoices and payroll manual journals to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- A minimum of 6-12 months experience in accounting and finance is required for this role.
- Proficiency in hybrid work arrangements is necessary to succeed in this position.
