Field Sales Auditor

Job Purpose:
The Sales Verification Specialist plays a crucial role in verifying connections marked by Sales Promoters (SPs) through field visits. This role involves planning visits, informing SPs, and ensuring the accuracy of SPs' marked connections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan field visits in coordination with sales promoters (SPs).
- Verify connections marked by SPs at industries, ensuring their accuracy.
- Utilize company-developed applications for verification.
- Collaborate with SPs to ensure the legitimacy of fully or partially marked connections.
- Maintain detailed records of verified connections.
- Identify training needs through performance analysis.
- Conduct regular performance analysis, providing constructive feedback and recognition of achievements.
- Collaborate with managers and employees to set personal development goals that complement organizational objectives.
- Assist in identifying skill gaps and recommending relevant training and development opportunities.
- Track, Measure, and Manage all the activities related to the sales manager's fieldwork.
- Prepare reports on activities and results regularly as required by the management.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in sales or marketing or BBM/BBA in administration.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of sales processes and procedures.
- Skills: Basic technical skills for using company applications, Proficiency in Google Suite documents, Problem-solving skills, Decision-making skills, Ethics and compliance skills, Ability to lead and motivate a team, Strong analytical skills.
