Job Purpose:

The Sales Verification Specialist plays a crucial role in verifying connections marked by Sales Promoters (SPs) through field visits. This role involves planning visits, informing SPs, and ensuring the accuracy of SPs' marked connections.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan field visits in coordination with sales promoters (SPs).
  • Verify connections marked by SPs at industries, ensuring their accuracy.
  • Utilize company-developed applications for verification.
  • Collaborate with SPs to ensure the legitimacy of fully or partially marked connections.
  • Maintain detailed records of verified connections.
  • Identify training needs through performance analysis.
  • Conduct regular performance analysis, providing constructive feedback and recognition of achievements.
  • Collaborate with managers and employees to set personal development goals that complement organizational objectives.
  • Assist in identifying skill gaps and recommending relevant training and development opportunities.
  • Track, Measure, and Manage all the activities related to the sales manager's fieldwork.
  • Prepare reports on activities and results regularly as required by the management.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in sales or marketing or BBM/BBA in administration.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of sales processes and procedures.
  • Skills: Basic technical skills for using company applications, Proficiency in Google Suite documents, Problem-solving skills, Decision-making skills, Ethics and compliance skills, Ability to lead and motivate a team, Strong analytical skills.
  • Attributes: Ability to build strong relationships, Ability to manage change, Detail-oriented and organized, Proactive, Adaptability.
