Role Overview:

This is a full-time position for an Influencer Marketing Specialist responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, maintaining public relations, and supporting sales initiatives.

Influencer Marketing Strategy

  • We seek a specialist who can identify influencers (paid, barter) and close agreements after necessary approvals.
  • The ideal candidate will understand the influencer's niche and create drafts of scripts and review video content.
  • They will coordinate product dispatch with internal teams and influencers, prepare reports as required, and share ideas on ad creation.
  • Additionally, they will coordinate with our finance team for timely payments.

Retention Marketing Efforts

  • We require a skilled professional to create WhatsApp marketing templates and submit them for approval on Meta after internal clearance.
  • The selected candidate will develop broadcast ideas based on occasions, seasonal requirements, restocking timelines, regional festivals, and more for use in Meta ads.
  • They will also create datasets and refine campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Experience in FMCG or beauty industry is beneficial.
