Job Title: Creative Designer Specialist

Kentrix is a leading consumer big data and market analytics company. We specialize in building comprehensive customer databases with offices across Indian cities and headquarters in Mumbai.

We empower businesses with actionable insights on customer lifestyle, spending patterns, and financial affinities. Our dynamic team is expanding, and we are seeking a talented graphic designer to enhance our brand presence and communication across multiple channels.

About the Role:

This position will be responsible for designing visually compelling graphics for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design & Branding: Design engaging blog post visuals, newsletters, and email marketing templates. Maintain and update in-house branding materials such as banners, sales proposals, brochures, and other collaterals to align with brand guidelines.
  • Video Editing : Edit and produce professional-quality videos for promotional campaigns, social media, and internal purposes. Add animations, transitions, and effects to enhance video content.
  • Web & UI Design: Collaborate with the web development team to create graphics for the website, landing pages, and other web-related materials. Ensure designs are optimized for user experience and are responsive across devices.
  • Creative Asset Management: Maintain a repository of design assets, templates, and other creative resources for easy access and reusability.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree /Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in graphic design, with exposure to video editing. Knowledge of web-design would be preferred too.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Canva. Basic knowledge of web design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or WordPress is a plus.
  • Salary: ₹ 8-12 lakhs per annum.
