Search Optimization Expert

As a seasoned search optimization expert, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing search systems using advanced technologies. Your primary focus will be on crafting efficient schema structures and indexing pipelines to deliver high-performance search results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy workloads on cloud platforms, leveraging containerization, serverless computing, and object storage solutions.
  • Implement robust search relevance concepts, including tokenization, stemming, analyzers, boosting, and query-time vs index-time strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of search capabilities across various applications and services.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience with search technologies, as well as 3+ years of professional software development experience, including asynchronous patterns and dependency-injection frameworks.

Additionally, the successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
