Business Analyst - Risk Domain

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with 5-10 years of experience in the Risk domain.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Stress Testing and Trading Wind Down projects across geographies
  • Manage project lifecycle using BA tools (BRDs, functional specs, data matrices, workflows)
  • Drive test management processes including UAT planning and execution
  • Collaborate with Technology, Risk Management, Risk Middle Office, and Front Office teams
  • Structure project governance and induction frameworks for new team members
  • Prepare detailed project reports and track resource utilization
  • Ensure full adherence to work schedules
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong grasp of capital market products and derivatives across asset classes
  • Hands-on experience in Stress Testing, risk measure computations (EAD, PE, PFE, EEPE, LEQ, VaR, ES), and risk reporting
  • Solid understanding of Basel norms (Market, Credit, CVA risk capital requirements)
  • Proficient in data analysis and risk data models
  • Skilled in both agile and waterfall methodologies
  • High standards in documentation and process control
  • Experience across the full SDLC
  • Strong command of MS Office tools and visualization platforms (SQL, Python, PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, Dremio)
  • Professional certifications preferred (MBA, FRM, CFA, CQF)
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and project constraints
  • Proven ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest automation or model enhancements
