Procurement Manager: Lead Sourcing and Supply Chain Excellence

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join our team, responsible for sourcing and procuring high-quality raw materials and packaging materials. The successful candidate will develop and implement effective procurement strategies, ensuring seamless supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage a robust vendor network for raw and packaging materials, meeting quality, cost, and service expectations.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive procurement initiatives, ensuring timely onboarding of vendors and efficient material planning.

  • Develop and execute pricing negotiations, contractual agreements, and cost-saving initiatives across the procurement portfolio.

  • Monitor market trends to forecast price movements and manage budgets effectively.

  • Implement best practices in vendor evaluation, material planning, and purchase order processes.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or Supply Chain Management, or related field. MBA preferred.

  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in procurement, preferably in the Food, FMCG, or Manufacturing sectors.

  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills.

  • Ability to lead procurement projects and influence cross-functional teams.

  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP/NetSuite or similar).

  • Comfortable with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; knowledge of procurement software tools is a plus.
