Enterprise WordPress Developer

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise WordPress Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing large-scale WordPress solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of WordPress development principles, including theme and plugin development, as well as experience with PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. You will also be skilled in working with Gutenberg, Kadence, and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF).

In this role, you will work closely with our design team to implement responsive, user-focused layouts, and collaborate with other developers to ensure seamless integration of features. Your day-to-day activities will include developing and customizing WordPress themes, plugins, and templates, managing large-scale content uploads, data migrations, and integrations, optimizing websites for speed, security, and SEO best practices, troubleshooting, debugging, and continuously improving site performance.

  • Developing and customizing WordPress themes, plugins, and templates.
  • Building with Gutenberg, Kadence, and Advanced Custom Fields (ACF).
  • Managing large-scale content uploads, data migrations, and integrations.
  • Optimizing websites for speed, security, and SEO best practices.
  • Collaborating with designers to implement responsive, user-focused layouts.
  • Troubleshooting, debugging, and continuously improving site performance.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in large-scale WordPress development.
  • Strong knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Skilled in Gutenberg, Kadence, and ACF.
  • Solid foundation in SEO and website performance optimization.
  • Experience with version control systems (Git preferred).
  • Familiarity with WP Engine hosting, AWS, and Cloudflare is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent real-world experience).
